The content on the site is lovingly created by several individuals whose lives are inextricably bound to CERN and to each other. CERN is the international physics laboratory based in Geneva, Switzerland, where the LHC is being used to probe the building blocks of matter. It is a very unique place on this planet, and its joys, frustrations and mysteries permeate our daily lives. As CERN Lovers, we seek to enlighten the world as to the inner workings of the scientific and cultural juggernaut that is CERN.

You can expect to see brilliantly written and highly revealing nuggets of wisdom two or three times every week. Although we aim for Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, our terrifically busy lives sometimes interfere. We welcome your comments and we thank you for reading.
